How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status is based on your total spending with our store. The more you shop, the higher your tier! Check out the spending thresholds for each tier here.
Is my tier status for life?
Your tier status will reset every year on a 1-year rolling basis so make sure that you stay within the threshold to maintain your tier and all the amazing perks you have!
How do points work?
For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases you make, to save more on your purchases. Depending on yo

What happens if I return my items?
Upon the return of an item, the spend applied to your tier status for the original purchase, as well as any points earned from the purchase, will be deducted from your account.

How will I receive my birthday gift?

Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
