What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?Updated 21 days ago
Please review the steps below before contacting our Customer Care team.
1. Verify the Address: Check the address provided for your order to ensure it's correct and not missing any necessary information (such as an apartment or suite number). If the address is incorrect, please reach out to our Customer Care team ASAP for support.
2. Review Photos: Check the tracking link for photos. FedEx will sometimes place packages in a discreet location around your home to discourage theft.
3. Ask Around: Please check to see if someone in your household (or an adjacent neighbor) either erroneously received your package or hid it somewhere to protect it from being stolen.
4. Wait 24 Hours: In many cases, an undelivered package marked as delivered is due to a system issue with our delivery partner (FedEx). We've seen that every now and then, FedEx will mark a package as delivered only to actually deliver it the following day.
